Quick Response

Inspired by the pandemic surge of QR codes popping up everywhere from restaurants to business cards, this hand woven collection takes the code’s chaotic random pattern and adds an element of purpose and design.

These are four variations of a Summer/Winter weave that I designed in Point Carre. I used an eight harness table loom to weave alternating cotton and wool yarns.

Beyond traditional QR code black, I chose bright colors used in Felipe Pantone graffiti art.
